- Responding and dealing with inbound enquiries via phone and e-mail, actively listening to customer needs.
- Coordinating internally with Business Development, Engineering and Production teams, to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes, have an understanding of bills of materials, and technical drawings.
- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
- Building trust, loyalty, value and enhancing their experience of working with us. Ultimately to retain them, grow their account and secure repeat orders.
- Supporting with Accounts Based Marketing activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM (HubSpot) and other business systems.
- Assisting in the resolution of customer queries, issues or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Previous experience in customer support or account management within an SME Manufacturing/Technical background
- 2 A-levels or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in CRM Software (HubSpot) or willingness to learn. (desirable)
- A second language would be an advantage. (desirable)
- Niche, high quality manufacturing experience (desirable)
