We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, cost control, and financial management activities within the organisation. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of financial services, ensuring that all financial operations align with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
• Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost control, and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficient in financial accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• AAT Level 4 is essential
