Vision for Education is excited to offer the National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP) a unique opportunity to gain the skills, confidence, and real-world experience you need to start working as a Teaching Assistant.

Through a blend of online training and paid school experience, we’ll support you every step of the way toward a rewarding role in the classroom.

• Step 1: Complete our flexible, online evening training sessions

• Step 2: Gain five days of paid, in-school experience

• Step 3: Become fully approved to work as a Teaching Assistant with us!

• Individuals with a genuine passion for working with children

• People with any level of experience, you don't need to have worked in a school before

• A commitment to complete the training and school placement

• Readiness to start working as a TA once you finish the programme

• Excellent daily rates, paid weekly via PAYE (based on your experience and qualifications)
