I am currently looking for a proactive and friendly Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join a small accounts team for 20-25 hours per week flexible.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and basic finance skills who enjoys working in a varied and supportive role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and visitors to reception and create a positive, professional first impression
  • Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately
  • Manage daily incoming and outgoing post
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Arrange meetings, including room bookings and refreshments
  • Make travel and accommodation bookings
  • Order PPE and Health & Safety equipment
  • Perform general office duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and updating records
  • Reconcile company credit card and bank statements monthly
  • Post customer payments daily
  • Support the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions and provide cover during absence
  • Assist and collaborate with other admin team members as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
