I am currently looking for a proactive and friendly Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join a small accounts team for 20-25 hours per week flexible.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and basic finance skills who enjoys working in a varied and supportive role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors to reception and create a positive, professional first impression
- Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing post
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Arrange meetings, including room bookings and refreshments
- Make travel and accommodation bookings
- Order PPE and Health & Safety equipment
- Perform general office duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and updating records
- Reconcile company credit card and bank statements monthly
- Post customer payments daily
- Support the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions and provide cover during absence
- Assist and collaborate with other admin team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
