- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage the workforce on-site, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor project progress
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.
- Implement best practices for health and safety on-site, promoting a culture of safety among all workers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
