CHEF DE PARTIE
Mediterranean Restaurant & Tapas Bar
We have an immediate vacancy for a keen and reliable CDP to join the team at this independent family run 35-cover Mediterranean restaurant. Menus showcase traditional Spanish tapas and Paella and there is a traditional British roast on Sundays. The kitchen is well equipped and as much as possible is produced in-house. Duties will include general food prep and cooking, running your section during service and helping out in the kitchen as needed
Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic all-round Chef de Partie with experience in a similar busy fresh food kitchen, resilient and self-aware with a can do attitude and above all keen to learn.
Required: Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for food and quality,
- Relevant experience in a similar fresh food environment.
- Professional Cookery level 2 or 3
- Attention to detail
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Meticulous, organised and punctual
45 hours, split shifts. Closed Monday & Tuesday
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 relevant to experience
Own transport recommended
