About the role:
As a Customer Validation and master Data Representative, you’ll work within the Customer Account and Supply Management team, providing crucial support to ensure the integrity and compliance of customer accounts. This role involves meticulously validating customer credentials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring full audit compliance for the supply of medicines across the UK. It’s a highly focused role where attention to detail and precision are essential.
This position is based on-site in Sandwich, Kent. Full training will be provided in the office, with the option to work on a hybrid basis (minimum three days in the office) once training is complete.
Key responsibilities include:
- Validating customer licenses and authorisations in line with SOPS and regulations
- Ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines
- Liaising with customers regarding registration details and updates
- Maintaining accurate and auditable customer records
- Supporting process improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Participating in revalidation and audit activities
- Offering high-level internal and external customer service
What we’re looking for:
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Proven customer service experience, ideally B2B
- Confident IT user with knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
