This beautiful high end venue set near the stunning town of Sandwich in Kent is now looking for a general manager to manage the already successful business. The restaurant has around 60 covers inside with a lovely garden area with plenty of scope for events and weddings moving forward. The food is made fresh on site and everything is as sustainable as possible. On top of this the venue also has a small amount of extremely high spec bedrooms.
This is a fantastic role for a focused, ambitious and talented general manager to take ownership of this venue and implement their own style and procedures.
The ideal manager must be a real foodie and people person. ideally with some room experience.
This role would suit a current general manager or assistant from a high end brand, gastro or small hotel background, as they must have complete understanding of the duties involved.
