Reed Food & FMCG are partnering with an exciting fresh produce business to source a highly skilled and strategic PMO Project Manager to join their Business Development team.

This role provides crucial support to the Director of Business Development, focusing on the successful execution of initiatives and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Support Business Growth and Leadership:
    • Assist in leading the fresh produce business across markets to achieve profitable growth and establish leadership positions.
    • Collaborate with the senior stakeholders to define and implement strategies that align with group objectives.
  • Participation in Group Management:
    • Contribute to group management team meetings and provide input to support company targets.
    • Foster collaboration among peers and colleagues to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Support the development and execution of business objectives.
    • Aid in crafting go-to-market strategies and monitoring their implementation in alignment with budgets and KPIs.
  • Innovation and Marketing Development:

    • Assist in building marketing capabilities and improving regional collaboration within the marketing team.
  • Demand Creation and Value Chain Management:
