Reed Food & FMCG are partnering with an exciting fresh produce business to source a highly skilled and strategic PMO Project Manager to join their Business Development team.
This role provides crucial support to the Director of Business Development, focusing on the successful execution of initiatives and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the fresh produce business across markets to achieve profitable growth and establish leadership positions.
- Collaborate with the senior stakeholders to define and implement strategies that align with group objectives.
- Contribute to group management team meetings and provide input to support company targets.
- Foster collaboration among peers and colleagues to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.
- Support the development and execution of business objectives.
- Aid in crafting go-to-market strategies and monitoring their implementation in alignment with budgets and KPIs.
- Encourage innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to drive growth and differentiation.
- Assist in building marketing capabilities and improving regional collaboration within the marketing team.
- Contribute to demand generation activities along the value chain, focusing on activities with retailers and producers.
- Support initiatives to sharpen the understanding of customer and consumer needs.
- Promote a company culture oriented towards dynamic solutions and collaborate on developing innovative business models.
- Identify and leverage key value generators to increase the company's overall value and market impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or strategic roles.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in budgeting, KPI tracking, and forecasting processes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with global market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business operations.
