The role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, tendering, and post-contract duties across a diverse portfolio. You will work from the Sandwich office and travel to sites throughout the South East.

Key duties

Prepare cost estimates and budgets
Manage tender processes and contracts
Conduct site visits and valuations
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure projects meet financial targets and deadlines

About you

Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
Background in residential, commercial, and educational sectors
MRICS qualification desirable but not essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
