Key Responsibilities:

Manage full commercial lifecycle of construction projects, from initial valuation through to final account.

Produce and monitor accurate cash flow forecasts in line with project timelines.

Lead procurement and administration of subcontractor contracts.

Ensure timely and accurate recovery of variations and compliance with relevant legislation.

Compile monthly cost/value reconciliations and risk/opportunity reports for senior leadership.

Provide clear, professional cost advice and data to internal teams and stakeholders.

Support project success through proactive contract management and communication.
What Our Client Is Looking For:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
-
Experience working with a main contractor on large-scale projects.

Solid knowledge of design and build contracts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage complex projects.
