Sonic Summary

We are a portable toilet and tanker hire business operating a fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across the UK.
We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee our satellite depots, based at our Sandy depot, with a starting salary of £40,000 and additional benefits including a company car and mobile phone.
Candidates must have NEBOSH or CPC qualifications and experience in the transport sector, demonstrating strong depot auditing and people management skills.
The role requires excellent communication, IT literacy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Additional benefits include 28 days of annual holiday, increasing with tenure, and a workplace pension scheme.

We are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and holdGoldaccreditation.

We are currently looking for anArea Managerto join the team, you will be based at ourSandy depotand will travel around our UK based Satellite depots, possibly an occasional night out, if required.

Hours:40 hours minimum per week

Starting Salary: £40,000.00 starting salary + Company Car & Mobile Phone

Requirement:NEBOSH or CPC Holder (Transport Manager)

We are looking for an Area Manager who is an organised and driven individual with experience in the Transport sector, to manage and oversee the day to day running of our satellite depots and personnel.

Key attributes:

Strong in depot auditing and people management skills

Area Manager to have knowledge of health and safety, transport compliance and HR

Good communication is essential in this role

Are highly IT literate in systems, specifically Excel

Are resilient and able to constructively challenge and influence

Area Manager to have the ability to understand customer and business requirements

Are able to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

Area Manager to have a full and valid UK Driving Licence

We offer an annual holiday entitlement of 28 Days which includes 8 bank holidays and for every 2 full years you work for the company you will receive an additional days holiday, up to a maximum of 5 additional days along with a workplace pension scheme.
