Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (Overtime Available)
Benefits: Bonus Scheme | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Pension Scheme
About the Role
A well-established independent brick manufacturer in Sandy is growing and looking for a Counterbalance Driver to join their busy production team. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Duties:

Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

Setting up and maintaining production machinery
-
Preparing and adjusting jigs
-
Cutting, bonding, and finishing bricks to create bespoke products
-
Carrying out quality control checks
-
Packaging and labelling items ready for dispatch

Completing daily safety checks and maintaining a clean working area

Willing to learn and take pride in delivering high-quality work
Desirable Skills (Not Essential):

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manual role

Basic Maths, English, and computer skills
-
Forklift licence (training will be provided if not held)
