We are working with a primary school in the Sandy area who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND experience for a long-term/temp-to-perm basis. This role is to start as soon as possible on an ongoing/permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Supporting individual pupils or small groups with their learning
Assisting teachers with classroom setup, resources, and activities
Helping children feel safe, included, and confident in the classroom
Working with SEN pupils, adapting support to meet their needs
Being a calm, caring presence throughout the school day

Requirements

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience working with children in a primary or early years setting
SEND Experience
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
The ability to build strong relationships with both children and staff
A flexible attitude – happy to take on both short-term and long-term roles
