Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | Sandy, Bedfordshire | Up to £17.50/hr + Benefits

We're working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit aMulti-Skilled Maintenance Engineerfor their site inSandy, Bedfordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hands-on role with a mechanical focus.

The Role:

• Maintain and repair a variety of machinery including mills, lathes, drills, and fabrication equipment

• Carry out general site maintenance and respond to breakdowns

• Support occasional electrical and plumbing work

• Install and assemble new equipment

• Work within established health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical background with basic electrical knowledge

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (1 year preferred)

• Reliable and able to work well within a team

• Ability to commute to Sandy, Bedfordshire

Whats Offered:

• Pay up to £17.50 per hour, DOE

• 39 hours/week, MondayFriday with early Friday finish

• Overtime paid at 1.5x
