Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Manager to oversee operations within our children's services in Bedford, Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will be a current Registered Children's Manager or an experienced Children's Deputy Manager looking to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of children's services, ensuring high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation.
