Cover Supervisor

Location: Nottingham City
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: 100.00 to 140.00 per day

Empowering Learning is excited to be working with a fantastic school in Nottingham City to recruit a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor for a full-time role starting in April 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain classroom experience and support the learning journey of students. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Support students in completing tasks and maintaining their focus.
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
• Is confident in managing groups of students across various year groups and subjects.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is adaptable, proactive, and resilient.
• Holds a degree or equivalent qualification.
