An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Front of House Team at EasyHotel in the centre of Edinburgh.
We require an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated individual to join our small hotel.
Full flexibility is required for morning shifts, night shifts, weekdays and weekends.
(6 Hours / 12 Hours Shifts)
The role requires that you have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting people. Reporting directly to the manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Supporting with day to day operations.
- Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints.
- Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping with any issues.
- Ensuring positive guest experiences.
- Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system).
- Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support the Hotel Manager in daily Operations.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within the hostel or hotel industry and be happy with flexible working.
Customer service skills and having the right attitude are more important to us than experience as training will be provided. Nevertheless, experienced candidates will have an advantage.
