What the Administrator job involves

You’ll be the friendly, organised support behind a busy team of valuers, sales negotiators and lettings agents. Day-to-day, your role will include:

  • Typing up and preparing property details and floorplans
  • Uploading listings to the company website, Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Checking essential documents such as ID and EPCs
  • Being the first point of contact on the phones – taking clear messages and booking viewings with confidence

You'll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping the team deliver the high-quality service their clients have come to expect.

What you will need

  • Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
  • A great eye for detail – accuracy is key
  • A confident telephone manner and a warm, approachable personality
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and brings positive energy to the workplace

Other information

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch) 1 in 4 Saturday mornings: 9:00am – 1:00pm (on a rota)
