Responsibilities:
Monitor and Resolve Errors: Investigate and clear errors in COGI and CO27 SAP transactions to ensure smooth operations.WMS Functions: Handle 999 errors, track replenishment, generate transfer orders, and manage first-time delivery clearing.Warehouse Stock Control: Oversee stock removal by Waterspiders to maintain inventory accuracy.3PL Coordination: Manage stock movements to and from third-party logistics providers.Master Data Updates: Update SAP Master Data as required to keep information current.LDS Requests Management: Monitor and manage LDS requests efficiently.KPI Monitoring: Update and track KPIs throughout the day, sharing insights with warehouse team leaders and Waterspiders.Delivery Record Maintenance: Keep a record of deliveries that cannot be booked in and work with the upstream team for resolutions.
Requirements:
Education: Level 3 Administration qualification is desirable but not essential.Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience; SAP experience is beneficial.Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.- Efficient and accurate work ethic.- Flexibility to meet customer and business deadlines, including potential extended hours.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn.- Excellent attendance record and dependability.
