It is envisaged you will have sales ability combined with electrical knowledge and have gained experience working on a trade counter or related industry. If you can bring a customer base with you it will be highly desirable. What you’ll be doing as Electrical Salesperson:In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of electrical wholesale products, therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder’s merchant environment is desirable. Responsibilities and Duties

Providing quotations for customers
Purchasing materials and managing stock levels for all categories
Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice
Taking a proactive approach to electrical sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.

We’re looking for an Electrical Salesperson with:

Electrical wholesale experience
Previous sales experience in a builder’s merchant environment is a desirable
Confident dealing with customers
The ability to build great customer relationships
A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate.

This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 07:30-17:15, with one Saturday in two.
