We are currently recruiting for an experiencedStructural Steel Fabricatorto join a well-established engineering company This is a full-time, long-term position with atemp-to-perm opportunityfor the right candidate.
The role offers the chance to work with a professional and growing team specialising in the fabrication oflarge structural steel componentsfor construction and industrial projects.
Duties will include:
Fabricating structural steel from drawings (e.g., beams, columns, platforms)
Using MIG welding and fabrication tools
Cutting, drilling, and preparing materials
Working to high-quality standards in a busy workshop environment
Requirements:
Proven experience working with structural steel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient in MIG welding and fabrication processes
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Own PPE preferred
Details:
Pay: £16.00£17.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Weekly pay through our agency
