WSR is recruiting for a Sales Representative for our esteemed client in Scorrier.


Location:
Operating from Scorrier (Redruth) – Candidate should ideally be based in  Launceston, Wadebridge, Bodmin, St Austell, Truro or Falmouth.


Salary: £29,(Apply online only) + 6% commission per month on gross profit per month (Average £700 - £1(Apply online only) commission per month if targets are met)

Sales Representative Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Representative (Hygiene) to drive sales, deliver expert advice, and build strong relationships with farmers across Devon & Cornwall. You’ll be at the forefront of promoting cutting-edge hygiene products tailored to improve farm efficiency and profitability.

 
Sales Representative Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Sales Growth: Boost sales and profitability by promoting our hygiene solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build trust within the farming community, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Offer advice on hygiene best practices to improve farm productivity.
  • Campaigns: Deliver effective sales campaigns and partner with dealerships to grow market share.
  • Event Representation: Represent our client at farming events to engage customers and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Planning & Administration: Prepare competitive quotes, manage inventory, and ensure seamless product delivery.

 

Sales Representative Experience & Qualifications

  • A strong background in agriculture.
  • 3+ years of sales or after-sales experience.
  • Passion for improving farm efficiency, animal welfare, and hygiene standards.
  • A valid Category B driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A dynamic, customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel across Southwest region.
  • A forklift license is a benefit
