We are currently seeking a skilled Generator Engineer to join our team in a role based within commuting distance to Motherwell. As a Generator Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators and associated electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing generators and electrical equipment.
- Conducting regular inspections and performing preventative maintenance on generators.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting generator issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Generator Engineer or similar role.
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary between 30,000 and 40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
