Job Title: Cleaner (x2 Positions Available)

Location: Scunthorpe

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: 1.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (mornings or evenings)

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting two Cleaners to join our team at our Cole Street office. Each successful candidate will work 1.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to choose either mornings or evenings (before opening or after closing hours).

• Clean office areas to a high standard, in line with the cleaning specification and schedule.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including: Sweeping, litter picking, bin disinfecting and emptying
• Mopping and vacuuming floors, stairs, landings, walkways, and work surfaces
• Removal of ingrained dirt and deep cleaning as required
• Replenishing toilet rolls, hand towels, and soap
• Ensure communal areas are hazard-free; take immediate action to remove any hazards and report to the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Follow COSHH and risk assessment guidelines when handling chemicals and materials.
• Report any defects or required repairs in line with Ongo procedures.
• Monitor and maintain adequate levels of cleaning stock and supplies.
• Accurately record hours worked and any other required documentation.

• Awareness of health and safety, including COSHH guidelines
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
• Previous cleaning experience
