As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in an SEMH setting, you'll provide crucial one-on-one and small group support to students with complex needs. Your role is designed to be immersive, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the school environment. No prior experience in an SEMH setting is required, but we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate immense patience, resilience, and a naturally nurturing approach.
