Compass Associates is proud to be working alongside a valued award winning family provider in their search for an experienced and passionate Home Manager for one of their Residential/Dementia care homes. Our client is a non-corporate, values-driven care provider with a medium-sized portfolio of homes.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Home Manager to take the lead at a medium-sized Residential/Dementia care home. You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and performance of the home, with a strong focus on compliance, care quality, and team development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record of successful home management, who thrives in a non-corporate environment and is motivated by making a real difference to residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated care team
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
- Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the home
- Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing and compliance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
About You
- Experienced in managing Residential or Dementia care homes
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about elderly care and team development
- Driven, proactive, and solutions-focused approach

Location
The Home is based within North Lincolnshire and would be a suitable commute from Raventhorpe, Broughton, Wressle, Scunthorpe, Derrythorpe, Burrinham, Dragonby and High Risby
