Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:

Developing operational reporting/KPI suite alongside BI Manager
Translating financial data into actionable insights through presenting data to PE and operational stakeholders
Identifying and actioning business cases for cost saving / strategic revenue growth
Assisting in commentary/variance analysis for monthly management reporting based on commercial knowledge of the business
Assisting in preparation of monthly management information reporting
Developing physical relationships with operational stakeholders, getting ‘out’ into the business and understanding commercial realities ‘bringing the numbers to life’
Assisting in business improvement projects to drive margin and profitability
Upskilling operation by providing context and insight for financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Assisting in preparation of budgets/forecasts

Required Skills & Experience:

Actively Studying PQ or Newly Qualified Accountant, with strong business partnering experience
Experience in a fast-paced growing business is an advantage
Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems and Excel
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
A passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement
Ability to work autonomously
Strong commercial common sense led approach
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
