About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and skilled Machine Operatives to join our clients expanding team. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery in line with company standards.
- Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report any faults or issues promptly to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility for shift work and overtime when required.
