Salary £28,652 (negotiable) private cash/health plan

- Following and checking schedules are correct
- Helping to complete all joinery aspects of the business
- Reporting any issues to joinery supervisor
- Glazing doors
- Fitting ironmongery
- Squaring hinges
- Sanding timber doors
- General housekeeping
- Looking after and maintaining tools
- Working to increase efficiency of department
- Corrective/Preventive action - work with all departments to report and prevent wasted/down time
- Ensure maintenance is carried out correctly and on time
- Ensure Health and Safety practices are observed
- Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the company in attaining its business objectives.
Experienced Joiner/Glazer to join reputable and established manufacturing firm, the joiner works closely with all team members, company management and all other departments when necessary. Liaising with the joinery supervisor for day-to-day tasks, analysing technical drawings and production schedules to ensure accuracy and understanding of all works before undertaking tasks. Continuous improvement is essential to minimise delays and increase efficiency.
