LKAB Minerals UK are looking for an Internal Auditor to join the performance Team to support ISO compliance auditing across LKAB's 10 Production Sites. In this role the candidate will be responsible primarily for carrying out internal audits, while also maintaining the HSQE Management Systems and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities and key tasks:

  • Assisting with managing the company HSQEE Management Systems, updating & controlling documents
  • Conduct Internal Audits on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards across 10 Operational sites
  • Provide Operational sites with support during External ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards audits and visits
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative Health, Safety, Energy & Environmental requirements along with the proactive support of the Company's "Safety First" initiative
  • Administrative support across the Construction team, and developing strong relationships across all departments

Required skills and competencies:

  • Attention to detail including working with reports and business data - able to provide accurate written documentation in line with current legislation/audit criteria
  • Excellent IT skills including report writing, use of HSQE Management Systems, Internal reporting systems and Microsoft packages
  • Planning and organisation skills - being able to co-ordinate activities and implement actions across 10 operational sites
  • Confident in building strong relationship and be able to deliver clear and concise communication with both internal employees and external suppliers
  • Problem solving skills - use of structured root cause analysis tools to identify issues and provide workable solutions
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Driving licence essential to access operational sites.

Required experience:

  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards (including HACCP) preferable, with ISO qualifications preferable
  • ISO internal and External auditing within manufacturing sectors
  • REACH, SDS and regulatory requirements preferable
