We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a range of secondary schools across Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
- Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist with classroom management and organization
- Support students' social and emotional development
- HLTA roles may involve leading classes and covering lessons in the absence of the teacher
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
- For HLTAs, relevant qualifications and experience are required (e.g., HLTA status, QTS, or equivalent)
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
