- Liaising with clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents.
- Preparing and dealing with completions including documents, accounts, letters, SDLT forms, and invoices.
- Drafting Contracts for Sale and managing sale files up to exchange.
- Completing registrations and post-completion duties.
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- A high level of IT literacy and adaptability to case management systems.
