We require an experienced Civil Infrastructure Site Manager to manage the technical, heavy civils packages on this high-volume site.

- Utility & Service Installation: Manage the installation of all multi-utility services (gas, water, electric, fibre), including supervising civils work for the on-site substation and pump station facilities.
- Highway Construction: Supervise the construction of internal estate roads, junctions, and footpaths, ensuring compliance with local authority adoption standards (e.g., Section 38/278 agreements).
- Quality & Safety: Maintain exceptional standards of health, safety, and quality across all groundworks packages, providing clear supervision to site gangs and subcontractors.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience (4+ years) managing complex civil engineering packages on large greenfield or strategic residential sites (250+ units).
- Demonstrable expertise in bulk earthworks and the installation of large-diameter drainage systems and SuDS features.
