Social Value Specialist (18 month fixed term)

The role

We are offering a salary of £30,078 to join our small, friendly, and busy team for 37 hours per week on a fixed term 18-month contract and:

 

  • Lead the way in managing and monitoring social value commitments from our suppliers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects that support local employment, skills development, and community growth.
  • Create impact by producing compelling case studies, reports, and social media content that showcase the difference we’re making.
  • Champion sustainability by supporting initiatives that tackle environmental challenges and promote ethical business practices.

 

 

What we are looking for

 

  • A passion for corporate responsibility, social impact, and sustainability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A creative flair for social media marketing, including Canva and video editing tools.
  • Analytical thinking to measure and report on outcomes using tools like the HACT calculator.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
