Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Administrator to join their compliance team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that the organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial part in identifying potential compliance risks and supporting the development of strategies to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with a passion for maintaining ethical standards within the organisation.

THE ROLE:
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for management review.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support training initiatives for staff on compliance-related topics.
Participate in investigations of compliance violations and assist in developing remediation plans.

THE CANDIDATE:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience or internships in compliance or regulatory roles is a plus but not required.
