Day-to-day of the role:- Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing general information.
- Managing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Filing documents and organising office materials.
- Acting as a personal assistant to two directors, helping with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Flexible working hours (options include 9 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday).
