Red Recruitment 24/7 are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking for that next step, you will have the full backing of the company to continue the success of the branch and bring your own stamp on the role.

You will be working a branch that has (Apply online only) temps out daily at peak across a variety of business alongside an ever-expanding orderbook of Permanent vacancies.

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge?

Are you from an industrial sector recruitment agency background?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you? The Industrial Recruitment Consultant will be expected to:

Fluent in Languages would be desirable, but we are not limited to Lithuanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Latvian.

Constantly improving the quality of service to both clients and candidates.

Maintain the highest standards within existing clients, ensuring growth is achieved within an already thriving client base.

Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to match the client requirements.

Work alongside the marketing team to help implement appropriate applicant attraction campaigns using local knowledge and experience.

Taking an active role in the selection and recruitment of internal staff members at the branch to continually raise standards.

Coaching and encouraging self-development.

Monitoring and communicating financial and activity targets as agreed.

Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to develop a strategic business plan for their business location to enable achievement of annual budget.

Networking with key clients to maximise business.

Key Skills or Experience

Strong recruitment experience

Excellent communication across all levels.

Demonstrate closing business B2B

Working in an environment where you will be juggling multiple tasks

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates from a variety of countries and backgrounds

Works and expects the highest standards to be maintained.

Proven track record for billing and achieving targets.

Environment to focus and achieve performance expectations.

Meets clients and actively engages new business opportunities.
