Do you have a passion for languages, communication, and cultural learning? Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Temporary MFL Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant secondary school in North Lincolnshire. The role requires an educator who can motivate students and bring language learning to life.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Modern Foreign Languages and the ability to plan creative, engaging lessons that support students of varying abilities. You must be approachable, inspiring, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships quickly. This is an excellent opportunity to join a committed and collaborative teaching team.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of MFL Teacher, you will:
• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Be able to teach at least one language to GCSE (e.g., French, Spanish, or German).
• Have a passion for teaching languages, with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring and interactive lessons.
• Have a genuine desire to be part of a committed team of secondary teachers.
• Be confident delivering lessons to classes of around 30 students.
• Have strong behaviour management skills and be able to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Demonstrate a high level of commitment to effective teaching and student progress.
