Care Resource Assistant Vacancy - Ongo Recruitment

The Opportunity: Are you a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in care and making a positive impact on people’s lives? We are looking for a dynamic Care Resource Assistant to join our friendly and fast-paced Ongo Care desk. If you have experience in the care sector, strong people  and organisational skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

The Role: As a Care Resource Assistant, you'll support the recruitment team by helping to meet and exceed targets for candidate placements, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients and help our colleagues at Ongo make a difference. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, where your passion for people and ability to manage priorities will shine.

This is a full-time role offering 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £23,556, plus annual profit share, agile working, and a range of fantastic company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to drive recruitment targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of recruitment operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, adapting to different contexts.
  • Be proactive and responsive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player who enjoys taking responsibility and working towards shared goals.
  • Experience in the care sector
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to travel across North Lincolnshire (preferred).
