Job Title: SEN Support Staff Location: ScunthorpeSalary: £90 - £100 per day Job Type: Full-time, Long-term ContractJob Description:Reed Education is recruiting for experienced SEN Support Staff to join a highly inclusive and well-organised special needs school in the Scunthorpe area. This setting caters to children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties and communication challenges.Role Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assist with learning activities, daily routines and personal development
- Promote engagement, independence and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children or adults with SEN (in education or care settings)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A calm and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
