As a Design Consultant, your day-to-day duties include but are not limited to: Communicating with clients, establishing requirements and advising best solutions Completing detailed site surveys throughout the UK & on occasion abroad
Arranging costed proposals with our sales administration team.
Overseeing the preparation of visuals and graphical representations of awning and canopy proposals to present to clients.
Selecting and providing graphic documents containing product information and specifications.
Developing orders by liaising with clients and members of the product design team to complete required tasks.
Managing and ensuring quality records of completed projects (photos, drawings, etc)
Maintaining full communication logs using the company CRM.
Liaising with new and existing customers through email, telephone and face-to-face consultations
Experienced, confident and comfortable working in a customer-based environment, confident liaising with clients via email, telephone and face-to-face meetings • Any experience/knowledge of measuring, surveying, manufacturing, fixing materials, structural capacities and product design would be useful (training will be provided) Efficient time management skills .
