HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our client's family run wine estate producing world-class sparkling wine in their busy restaurant.?

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a good work ethic, high standards and, importantly, a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes within your designated section, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development.
  • Manage own kitchen section during service
  • Take responsibility covering all areas of kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with in house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance.
  • Work efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prepare food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-paced restaurant.
  • Expertise in culinary techniques and food preparation.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a clear focus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
