Job Title: Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner
Location: Seaford
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience and qualification level)
Start Date: As soon as possible/September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

GSL Education are seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to support young learners in Seaford, East Sussex. This full-time, term-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
About the Role:
This role involves supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, contributing to a safe, engaging, and stimulating setting where pupils can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in line with the EYFS curriculum through play, structured tasks, and daily routines
- Observe and record progress, working closely with teachers and parents to plan next steps
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
- Help set up and maintain a well-organised classroom space and outdoor learning areas
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education / Early Years
- Experience supporting children aged 0–5 in nursery or school settings
- A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and caring approach to working with young children
- Must have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
