About Us: I am representing a client who is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Production Administrator to join our team in Newhaven. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

 Responsibilities:

  • Job Allocation: Allocate jobs in adherence with the production schedule to ensure work is completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Production Meetings: Participate in production meetings and provide updates as required.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks to support the production team.
  • Job Cards: Raise job cards and complete all necessary administration tasks associated with them.
  • Liaison: Liaise with other departments, such as Quality Control (QC) and Warehouse, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a production or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
