The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join the team in their friendly Seaford office.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will support their teams, for example by:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service to all telephone callers and visitors to the offices.
  • Processing all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and conveying of messages.
  • Providing telephone support to Partners and staff members.
  • Organising Deeds and Wills retained in the strong room and accurately recording them on the Firm’s CMS.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Undertaking clerical and administrative duties.
  • Securing the confidentiality and security of the Firm’s client documentation and information.
  • Organising and ordering of office stationery.
  • Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
