Job Title: Temporary Packing OperativeReports to: Team Leader/Supervisor

Hours of work: Candidates must be flexible to work all of the following shifts: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm

The Role:Join our clients team to safely and efficiently pack food products to the highest hygiene and quality standards, supporting their mission to produce safe, authentic food products that others can't.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack products into various formats (sachets, tubs, bulk bags, etc.)
  • Operate packing equipment and label packaging accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area (Clean As You Go)
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, and BRCGS standards
  • Complete documentation and report any issues
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in food production or FMCG (preferred, not essential)
  • Basic understanding of hygiene, allergens, and GMP
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work shifts and be physically active

Desirable (but not required):

  • Level 2 Food Safety
  • Manual Handling & H&S Awareness
  • Knowledge of BRCGS standards
