Description
- Employee Relations & Compliance - Manage low-moderate ER cases in line with policy and UK Law
- Recruitment & Onboarding - Co-ordinate end to end recruitment inc, advertising, screening, ref, onboarding
- HRIS & Data Quality - Maintain all starter / leaver / absence, provide metrics and run audits
- HR Admin & Payroll - Process monthly HR changes for payroll cut off
- Training Co-Ordination - Support with training needs analysis, and co-ordination of delivery
- Policy - Support with policy roll outs and maintain documents
- Engagement & Co-Ordination - co-ordinate activities, surveys and follow up
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a similar Human Resources role
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- CIPD Level 3
