Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children's Social Worker to join its client's Connected Carers team based in Seaham.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will,

  • Complete Reg 24 viability assessments on a duty rota.
  • Undertake full Connected Carers assessments.
  • Provide supervision and support to Connected Carers.
  • Carry out review processes for Connected Carers placements.
  • Deliver a statutory social work service in line with current legislation and Northumberland County Council procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports.
  • Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
